Collaborative interfaculty grant from Radboud University

Together with colleagues from the Philosophy department (Marc Slors, Leon de Bruin) and the Donders Institute (Peter Hagoort), I received a collaborative grant from Radboud University to continue to work on improving the translation of neuroscience to society and collaboration between the faculties.

In the next 1,5 years, we will work on 1) a combined philosophy of neuroscience course for both neuroscientists and philosophers; 2) continuing the theoretical foundations of neuroscience meetings that I founded when I was a PhD student in Nijmegen; 3) a research project/proposal advancing Marc and mine earlier work on the ‘translation problem’ in (cognitive) neuroscience.
